Coordinator, Communications

The Coordinator, Communications will support field outreach and communication for DaVita’s Home National Team. Key duties include project management through data management, field outreach, reporting, and other special projects as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Home growth strategy and operations efforts for the Home National Team.

  • Conduct field outreach for proper billing documentation and be the primary point of contact.

  • Is responsible for maintaining the content management system (i.e., SharePoint).

  • Manages project track by developing and updating project dashboards and reporting on metrics to provide updates to senior leadership.

  • Works well in a team environment, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

  • Drive project execution for self and team, independently resolve minor conflicts, define success metrics, and communicate any shifts/pivots to project scope.  

  • Support Sr. Communication Specialist with teammate communications as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.

  • 0-2 years of equivalent experience.

  • Ability to prioritize projects and multitask daily.

  • Ability to take the initiative, plan, prioritize and execute, independently, the completion of all projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

  • Solid relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization, including those who work in the clinics.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with teammates at various management levels across the company.

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS (i.e., SharePoint) and Outlook.

Salary/ Wage Range

$20.00 - $30.00 / hour

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

* New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
• Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
