Job Description:
Will assist with planning quantitative and qualitative research projects (including conducting literature reviews), data collection and analysis, and dissemination of information on a wide range of projects. This position requires an advanced understanding of research methodology, ability to work independently and with others, as well as strong writing skills, verbal communication skills, analytical skills, ability to build consensus, and successfully lead group meetings. Individuals in this position will function as a participating member of work teams along with the lead researcher, other research and evaluation specialists, and representatives of projects. The position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with grantor agencies, external researchers, co-workers, patients, community members, organizations, and others. Will adhere to Essentia Health mission, values, and research ethics.
Work Experience:
2 years’ experience in relevant research required.
Education Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a science, healthcare, or public health related field.
