Job Description

Epworth HealthCare's Finance & Business Services division is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Support Services).

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scanning of documents and data entry 
  • Actioning departmental emails
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing ongoing support to Credit, Billing & Accounts Receivable as required  

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Strong computer skills
  • A sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)
  • Previous customer service, switchboard, or administrative experience in the health sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

This position would suit applicants who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and can work independently.

This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, located within the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond.  Starting time is variable between 8 am or 9 am.  Working from home will also be available once fully trained.
