DUTIES:

         

  • Supervise, direct, coordinate, evaluate and ensure proper functioning of the IT support team, data analysis team and reporting unit.
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverables.
  • Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting and analysis needs of the organization.
  • Execute and manage the completion of large data reconciliation tasks.
  • Responsible for the quality and completeness of data in core systems by performing and overseeing the auditing of data.
  • Ensure consistency and optimal utilization of reporting, reporting processes, systems, performance metrics, data analysis, and overall operational functions.
  • Oversee large systems and data related projects.
  • Lead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient reporting and input of data related to all core business functions to include: provider data, clinical data, member data, and other data types.
  • Position reports to Centene headquarters at 7700 Forsyth Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63105 and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in engineering management, engineering, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Using PL/SQL programming to develop stored procedures and functions to support the extracts/reports by retrieving the data from the data warehousing application; (2) Leading in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects; (3) Working with advanced systems and software knowledge in MSSQL Server, Tableau and Excel applications; and (4) Utilizing Lean and Agile software development practices and methodologies to coach, development, and monitor team productivity and efficiency.

JOB SITE:                7700 Forsyth Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63105

WORK HOURS:         Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm]

PAY RANGE:             $108,828.57 to $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
