Job Description

Project - the aim you'll have 

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and support marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re engaged, self-motivated and have a proactive attitude towards challenges that our fast-paced environment may bring. If you’re organized, can multi-task and have a creative approach to problem-solving, this opportunity is for you! 

Position - how you'll contribute: 

  • Research topics and write articles for publication on the Software Mind website, external websites and LinkedIn  
  • Helping to maintain company website and create new landing pages 
  • Draft posts for social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter 
  • Create high-quality content in English, with occasional content in Polish 
  • Collaborate with creative teams, international colleagues, clients and external media groups. 
  • Conduct market research and monitor trends to adjust marketing plans 
  • Contribute to brand marketing campaigns across various channels, while ensuring brand consistency 
  • Supporting social selling initiatives 

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the tech industry 
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media platforms 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1 level) 
  • Experience working with international teams and vendors 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and crafting content based on information from interviewers
