Job Description

Role: Lead Dot Net Developer

Location: Canada (100% Remote)

Duration: Full-time Employment

Must have Skills:  SQL Server (Capable), C# (Strong).

Good To Have Skills: VB.Net, AWS knowledge (EC2, ALB , API Gateway, Logging Interpretation) , New Relic.

Job Overview:

  • Lead Engineer - Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET - SQL Server based T-SQL development experience.
  • Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
  • Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and DotNetCore.
  • Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining.
  • Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  • Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
  • On-call support - Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge and working experience on Agile - Customer Focused – Proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
