About the Job

  • Lead and manage a growing global Cloud and DevOps team responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining cloud infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Oversee Agile planning cycles and manage the SCRUM process to align DevOps and Cloud teams’ objectives with business priorities and roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps solutions and automation tools to accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cloud service capacity and proactively manage performance, ensuring service quality from development through production stages.
  • Explore, evaluate, and integrate new cloud technologies to push capabilities forward and continuously improve the platform.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field with 9+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation development.
  • Proven experience managing Cloud Operations teams and implementing DevOps solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Private Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps toolsets such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, XL Release, Artifactory, and GitHub.
  • Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies with success managing SCRUM teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train team members and engage cross-functionally.
  • Nice to have: Public Cloud and DevOps certifications, proficiency with PowerBI, and familiarity with business process re-engineering (BPR).

The expected starting salary range for this role is $xx,xxx- $xx,xxx. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
