The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for maintaining the "process health" of the Product Team, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of value-driven products to the market. The Product Delivery Manager role is focused on ensuring the effective execution of product delivery processes and maintaining stakeholder communication, with an emphasis on Agile practices and collaboration.
In addition, the Product Delivery Manager applies Agile practices, facilitate stakeholder communication, and maintain essential documentation and tools for efficient execution against roadmaps. The Product Delivery Manager collaborates closely with the Product Manager, identifies and mitigates risks, and keeps key partners informed and engaged.

Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the team.
2. Agile Expertise
Possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
3. Agile Facilitation
Facilitate agile ceremonies and team meetings in defining scope and objectives for each sprint.
Hold team members accountable for their deliverables.
Maintain the product roadmap and sprint board.
Document risks and barriers to product delivery.
Play a crucial role in delivering quality products on time.
4. Process Improvement
Champion process improvement initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with the Product Manager to manage stakeholder communications.
Create and publish Release Notes for new releases.
6. Release Coordination
Coordinate the logistics of product and feature releases.
7. Capacity Management
Work with the Technical Product Owner and business leads to manage team capacity and velocity.
8. Metrics & Reporting
Manage reporting for key product metrics, including OKRs and budget performance.
Requirements:
1. Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
2. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3. Agile Proficiency
- Proficiency in Agile methodology (Certification in Agile or SAFe preferred).
4. Program Management
- Experience working in Program Management roles (preferred).
5. Interpersonal Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including coaching, collaboration, and team building.
6. Communication Skills
- Excellent written and oral communications ability.
