Reporting into the Senior Director of Contract Manufacturing, the primary responsibilities of this role will include managing day-to-day operations with external manufacturers and leading projects with internal cross-functional team and the contract manufacturing suppliers. This role is responsible for driving performance at each supplier for all service, quality & cost parameters, and ensuring business continuity by leading team meetings, facilitating issue resolution, and supporting collaboration efforts between Open Farm Pet and suppliers.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, passionate about project management, supplier relations, supply chain and working with a collaborative team.
In this role you will:
Be the primary relationship manager and contact person for manufacturing partners.
Ensure manufacturing partners are delivering high-quality products, on time and in full.
Communicate changes to existing products/production and coordinate change management process between internal and external teams.
Responsibility (shared with production planners) for assisting in maintaining appropriate inventory levels (raw, package, and finished goods), and satisfactory service levels.
Collaborate with internal and cross-functional team members in preparation, facilitation and execution of ideation meetings for co-man improvement projects.
Lead and/or actively participate in business process improvement projects as required.
Serve as co-manufacturing technical representative to Innovation team on capability and timelines.
Manage KPI tracking for contract manufacturers.
All other duties as assigned

3–4 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry; manufacturing experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues and make logical, goal-aligned decisions
