Role: Production Assistant Intern

Timeline: Start early June and end late August, with the possibility of extension through November.

We are seeking a Production Assistant Intern to support the coordination and organization of “Project CLD”, a light-hearted, humorous educational adventure series for children. This is a fully remote, part-time internship designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in animation production management and pipeline operations.

This internship is open to all applicants of legal working age, regardless of educational background. Whether you are a university student, self-taught learner, or someone exploring a new career path, you are welcome to apply. What matters most is your passion for animation, strong organizational instincts, and your eagerness to grow.

About the Role:

As a Production Assistant Intern, you will assist in managing schedules, organizing files, documenting meetings, and ensuring clear communication across departments. You’ll learn the fundamentals of animation production and gain valuable insight into how projects are planned, tracked, and executed from start to finish. Interns will also participate in team-wide meetings, bi-weekly production learning sessions, and other creative discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Take notes during production meetings and distribute summaries to team members.
Assist in organizing production documents, tracking files, and labeling assets.
Help maintain internal schedules and task checklists.
Draft and send deadline reminders or team updates (with support).
Learn about digital production pipelines and contribute to a smooth creative workflow.
Observe and assist with cross-department communication efforts.

Workload:

Estimated 5 to 10 hours per week from June to August. This internship is remote and includes regular video meetings. A potential and optional second cycle may run from September to November depending on production opportunities.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in animation, production management, or project coordination.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Comfort using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
Ability to take initiative, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
No formal education or previous industry experience is required, but applicants should be able to demonstrate effort in learning independently (e.g., coursework, personal projects, volunteer experience, etc.).
