Job description

About Prepared

Emergency centers, vital to our society, are often constrained by technology that dates back to the landline era. This presents a stark contrast to our current smartphone-centric, socially connected world. At Prepared, we bridge this gap with cutting-edge technology that harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize how emergency calls are handled.  Our innovative technology is providing a suite of tools that significantly boost the capabilities of 911 dispatch centers and first responders. With our solutions implemented in over 800 cities across 48 states, we're positively impacting the lives of approximately 75 million people.

Backed by $27 million in Series B funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, we're scaling rapidly to become a core component of emergency calls nationwide, driving the future of emergency response toward a safer, more agile system.

Joining the Prepared team means more than just a new role. It's a chance to be at the forefront of impactful tech that significantly improves public safety and touches lives across the globe. At Prepared, you're not just part of a team; you're a key player in a larger mission to foster a safer, more interconnected world.

Position Overview

Prepared is seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead a world-class RevOps function. Reporting to sales leadership, this role will be instrumental in refining CRM hygiene, surfacing strategic insights, and supporting a fast-scaling sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and brings deep operational rigor to every layer of the revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including CRM integrity, reporting and analytics, deal desk operations, and tool governance.

  • Design and implement scalable processes to support a rapidly expanding GTM org—starting with data hygiene and maturing toward strategic forecasting and insight generation.

  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure operational alignment across teams.

  • Deliver proactive recommendations to sales leadership based on data trends, pipeline health, and performance insights.

  • Define and enforce standards around CRM usage and sales workflow adherence, including hygiene dashboards and manager-facing reports.

  • Mentor and lead a small but high-impact RevOps team as we scale.

What Make You a Great Fit
  • 5–8+ years in revenue operations with hands-on ownership of systems, processes, and insights.

  • Experience building RevOps functions in a fast-paced SaaS or equivalent environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot with familiarity in tools like Maxio, Quotapath, RevOps.io, CPQ systems, forecasting tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Linear).

  • You bring a strong sense of ownership and care deeply about clean systems, scalable processes, and operational clarity.

  • Analytical thinker who communicates insights clearly and can align cross-functional stakeholders around strategic initiatives.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, supported by structured thinking and collaborative problem-solving.

Bonus
  • Experience supporting high-complexity B2B sales motions; public sector or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
