Job description

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We are looking for a Contractor - Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the business-critical physician and clinical roles globally. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, qualifying, and securing top-tier, highly-skilled talent to meet the growing demands of our company. This is a critical contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

Success in this role demands a proactive, agile mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. A proven track record of successfully placing top-tier talent in critical roles is essential to driving impact and supporting organizational growth.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Pipeline Management

  • Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and align on ideal candidate profiles, ensuring recruitment efforts support organizational goals and growth.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through proactive outreach, direct sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and leveraging both active and passive talent pools.
  • Build effective and scalable interview plans, including standardized interview kits and structured evaluation rubrics tailored to each role.
  • Conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidate qualifications, relevant experience, alignment with company values, and potential for long-term success.
  • Facilitate collaborative feedback loops with hiring teams to make timely and informed decisions about candidate progression.
  • Own coordination of the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a diverse and engaged network of top-tier talent, with an emphasis on high-volume and hard-to-fill clinical roles.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records including preferences, communication history, and career goals to support strategic pipelining and re-engagement.
  • Provide personalized, high-touch candidate care throughout the recruitment journey, addressing questions and concerns empathetically and promptly.
  • Work in close collaboration with the TA team to extend offers, lead negotiations, and ensure a positive pre-boarding experience.

Candidate Advocacy & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a responsive and transparent experience.
  • Understand and align with each candidate’s career goals, motivations, and long-term aspirations to guide them to the right opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with candidates during and post-process to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships for future opportunities.
  • Act as a candidate advocate, elevating feedback to internal stakeholders and helping shape a more empathetic and human-centered hiring process.
  • Provide hiring teams and leadership with insights gained from candidate interactions to inform better decisions and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in sourcing and selection processes to create a more inclusive and representative workforce.

Talent Engagement & Sourcing Strategy

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to co-create engaging, role-specific content and campaigns aimed at attracting quality talent.

  • Proactively identify and attract high-caliber, values-aligned candidates for critical and niche clinical roles.
  • Cultivate talent communities to support long-term hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill across priority roles.
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to keep Prenuvo’s talent strategy ahead of the curve.

  • Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
