We are currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to assist our Corporate Team in Mexico City, Mexico! 

*This is a 1099 Contract Position that could require working up to 40 hours a week. This contracted position would run through the end of 2025, with the potential option to extend it into 2026.

*This position allows for remote work arrangements from Mexico only. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will support the Growth Team (sales & business development). Detail-oriented and proactive business development professional with strong organizational and research skills, supporting sales growth through targeted business intelligence, CRM data management, and sales project coordination. Experienced in managing sales leads, following processes, and providing administrative support to cross-functional growth teams. Adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. This individual must be able to provide comprehensive administrative support to the company, leveraging their strong attention to detail, flexibility in project management, as well as discretion, confidentiality, and teamwork skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct business development research and produce reports regarding business intelligence for sales projects, campaigns, customer targeting, competitor benchmarking, and business development trips and events
  • Assist with CRM data cleanup, reporting & training support
  • Coordinate and track details related to business development activities, such as tickets to sporting events, trade conferences, and business development meals/events/happy hours
  • Manage employee conference attendance related to sales opportunities, and aggregate related business intelligence
  • Coordinate action items, follow-ups, and scheduling related to internal sales meetings
  • Manage incoming sales leads by gathering background on the lead, updating in CRM, and passing to the appropriate teammate 
  • Overall administrative support for the Growth Team
  • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities throughout the day

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years prior Administrative, Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Development experience
  • Previous experience with confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency with CRM Systems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Must complete a background investigation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years prior Administrative, Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and/or Business Development experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience analyzing data for business insights
  • Experience coordinating or supporting corporate events

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Concentric is committed to pay transparency. The pay rate for this position is MX$ 200,400 – MX$ 300,600/yearly. This corresponds to MX$16,700 – MX$25,050 per month.
