We are looking for a Campaign Manager (remote, based in Spain, Portugal or United Kingdom) to develop and drive global marketing programs and campaigns. This is a full-time position for someone with experience in B2B SaaS campaign marketing and demand generation. This is a remote position with no in-office requirement.
You will join our Global Campaigns team and take responsibility for driving campaigns closely aligned with our go-to-market priorities within the retail industry. Your collaborative efforts with product marketing, subject-matter experts, brand and content and other stakeholders will play a pivotal role in generating awareness, engagement and pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
· Collaborating with product marketing and subject-matter experts to develop compelling global campaigns aligned with pipeline objectives and go-to-market priorities
· Creating campaigns, assets and activities (e.g. webinars) to engage with the right personas within our target accounts to drive engagement and pipeline from strategically important industry segments
· Steering collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product marketing, regional marketing, PR, and content creation
· Ensuring campaign messaging, activities and assets consistently reflect RELEX's voice, brand identity, and guidelines.
· Partnering with Sales and the Business Development teams to enable impactful outreach and effective follow-up on qualified leads.
· Coordinating with marketing operations to optimize automation workflows, including email sequences, landing pages, and lead nurturing, to align with campaign goals and the customer journey.
· Working closely with digital channel experts to activate paid advertising campaigns to engage the audience.
· Monitoring and reporting on campaign reach, engagement and conversions in funnel, optimizing to maximize results.
What you’ll bring to the table:
· 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
· Experience with B2B demand generation campaign planning and execution
· Experience working closely with sales, business development, and product marketing teams in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
· Ability to craft campaign messaging based on product or sales materials
· Outstanding skills in project management, prioritization, and process improvement capabilities, with effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
· Attention to detail and an independent working style
· Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
