We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in enterprise environments and a proven track record in pre-sales, client engagement, and end-to-end requirements management. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can bridge business goals and technical capabilities while driving impactful EdTech solutions.
Lead complex discovery phases to ensure a deep understanding of business needs, translating them into actionable and solution-oriented documentation.
Act as a strategic advisor, aligning business objectives with technical capabilities while driving roadmap planning and prioritization.
Manage the full lifecycle of requirements – from elicitation and validation through to documentation and handover – ensuring clarity, accuracy, and traceability.
Take ownership of high-stakes stakeholder engagement, including C-level interactions, and maintain alignment across all parties.
Drive pre-sales activities: facilitate client workshops, identify solution fit, define scope, and collaborate on proposal creation with sales and technical teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth change management throughout the project lifecycle, including handling shifting priorities and scope adjustments.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven setting, including 2+ years in complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience in pre-sales: client discovery, proposal development, and presenting solutions.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to produce high-quality client-facing documentation.
Strong communicator with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage change at the project level, keeping teams aligned and responsive to evolving needs.
Strategic mindset with a focus on business value and continuous product improvement.
Experience facilitating feature prioritization using a balanced approach to business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
Recognized for leading successful discovery phases and driving clarity across teams.
Domain expertise in EdTech is required.
