Overview:
The DTC Marketing Manager will drive the growth of NEAT Method’s direct-to-consumer business. This role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through lifecycle marketing strategies, with an emphasis on website content, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce marketing and management, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for customer engagement. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.
