The Sales team at Katalon works with new and existing businesses of all shapes and sizes. The Account Executive will manage sales opportunities and drive new revenue to help Katalon surpass our growth goals. The right candidate is responsible for leading short, single-stakeholder deals, and complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.

He/she is truly passionate about Software-as-a-Service and enjoys working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for new customer acquisition and landing Enterprise logos in APAC.
  • Responsible for creating their own sales pipeline by creative outbound efforts.
  • Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple with your interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process whilst building trust and mutual respect with customers and peers.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
  • Hunting New Logos and Farming existing accounts in the region for emerging region within APAC - India, Africa, Rest of APAC
  • Ability to generate their own pipeline without dependence and take accountability to generate leads through self prospecting and outbound sourcing 
  • Has demonstrated previously the ability to work with partners and other channels to source pipeline and close deals in non-english speaking territories.

Requirements

Must-have

  • 8+ years of solution sales experience selling SaaS applications to enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical products, solutions and personas
  • Ability to source their own pipeline through creative outbound efforts.
  • Ability to map organizations, demonstrate MEDDPICC and multi-threading to close large ticket-size complex sales opportunities.
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well independently or as a team member.
  • Ability to own and be accountable for the success of their assigned territory

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with DevOps/DevTools.
  • Experience selling in the A market
  • Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Integrated Development Environment, Software Test Automation, CI/CD is highly desired.
