Role Overview

As our Marketing Lead: Events, Partnerships & Growth, you’ll be the mastermind behind Atarim’s explosive brand presence and organic growth. You’ll orchestrate jaw-dropping events, forge game-changing partnerships, and drive inbound traffic to make Atarim the undisputed leader in creative collaboration. Starting with social media and a Video Editor reporting to you, you’ll build a marketing powerhouse, with the potential to lead our entire marketing function as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mastermind the Atarim Summit: Own the world’s largest creative-professional summit (online and/or in-person), wowing thousands of attendees. Secure high-profile sponsors, curate game-changing content, recruit top-tier speakers, and nail every logistical detail.
  • Orchestrate Epic Events: Plan Atarim’s annual remote team gatherings, high-energy sales events, and sponsored initiatives, nailing travel coordination and stakeholder alignment with flair.
  • Forge Powerful Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with integration and industry partners to supercharge Atarim’s ecosystem. Ignite a thriving community movement through creative campaigns, securing media coverage, and owning brand communications to cement Atarim as the industry leader.
  • Skyrocket Inbound Growth: Lead SEO, content strategy, and website design to fuel explosive organic growth, wielding tools like Semrush or Ahrefs like a pro. Craft a bold brand voice and rally communities through epic content and events, driving traffic and engagement.
  • Build a Marketing Powerhouse: Lead social media and video editors, scaling into the visionary captain of Atarim’s entire marketing team. Chart the course for our marketing future, anchoring our dominance in the creative collaboration space.
  • Leverage marketing analytics and AI tools to optimize campaigns, track performance and drive growth in ROI across all responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven Leader: Great experience in marketing, events, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or tech, with a track record of crushing it.
  • Event Maestro: Success in orchestrating large-scale events (ideally 1,000+ attendees), with expertise in event tools and sponsor acquisition.
  • Growth Wizard: Hands-on SEO experience (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs) and a talent for building communities that spark brand loyalty.
  • Creative & Technical: Skilled with web design tools (e.g., Elementor) and crafting content that captivates creative and technical audiences.
  • Team Builder: Experience in leading direct reports, with the ability to inspire and scale a team in a high-octane environment.
  • Adaptable & Bold: Thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable processes, and collaborates seamlessly with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Tool-Savvy: Proficient in project management, analytics, and CRM tools to streamline workflows and track wins.
