Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Sustainability Data & Admin Coordinator will support the Sustainability team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sustainability data across the organisation. This role is essential for consolidating information from various subsidiaries and entering it into multiple reporting systems, including EcoCost software, greenhouse gas (GhG) platforms, and the ERP system. The coordinator will also assist in maintaining supplier due diligence processes, support emissions reduction tracking, and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of certification systems such as FSC, Recycled Content, and Bonsucro.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate sustainability data from internal teams and subsidiaries.
  • Enter and manage data in systems including EcoCost software, GhG reporting platforms, and the ERP system.
  • Maintain up-to-date sustainability metrics and documentation across platforms.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect data and improve due diligence and risk assessment processes.
  • Track and compile emissions reduction data to support the company’s emission reduction plan.
  • Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of chain-of-custody certifications (e.g., FSC, Recycled Content, Bonsucro).
  • Identify and address data gaps, proactively following up to obtain missing information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sustainability team as needed

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience or strong interest in sustainability, supply chain, or data administration.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  4. Comfortable working with large datasets and various software tools.
  5. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  7. Experience working with suppliers or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
  8. Experience with Eco-cost is advantageous.
