Your mission

As our Teamlead Talent Acquisition (m/f/x), you’ll be at the helm of our recruiting function – shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of recruiters, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and champion innovative approaches like AI-driven sourcing and automation. You’ll also be a key partner in elevating our employer brand and ensuring a first-class experience for every candidate who interacts with us. 

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor our Talent Acquisition team (2–3 recruiters), fostering a high-performance, high-energy culture that’s grounded in trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with the VP People, and our Leaders to align hiring plans with business growth, and build a truly integrated talent strategy. 

  • Own Senior Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment for key leadership and senior-level roles, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. 

  • Optimize Processes: Continuously optimize and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure scalability, transparency, and a data-informed approach to hiring.

  • Shape Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience – because we believe candidate experience is a direct reflection of our culture. 

  • Boost Employer Branding: Work closely with Marketing and People teams to position us as an employer of choice across key talent markets, through compelling content, campaigns, and candidate storytelling. 


Your Qualifications / To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • You bring + 3 years of disciplinary leadership experience, having directly managed teams and supported their development.

  • Several years of hands-on recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment. You’ve taken on team or project leadership responsibilities.

  • Proven track record in hiring senior and leadership talent – you're confident navigating complex profiles, influencing stakeholders, and closing high-caliber candidates. 

  • A structured mindset and process-oriented approach – you enjoy designing systems, improving workflows, and leveraging data to drive better decisions. 

  • Experience (or a strong interest) in using AI tools in recruiting, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and insights. 

  • A hands-on, proactive attitude – you’re equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
