👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and maintain high-traffic websites built primarily with ReactJs, Laravel and WordPress, focusing on performance, scalability, and code quality.
Implement new features and improve existing ones, always following best practices in clean code, SEO, and web performance.
Investigate and resolve bugs or technical issues, ensuring systems remain stable and efficient.
Collaborate with the Lead Developer to define technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
Propose and implement improvements in tooling, workflows, and development processes.
Keep up with new technological trends and bring forward ideas for new implementations—any suggestions to improve our current systems or precesses are always welcome.
Leverage AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and streamline documentation.
Keep an eye on performance, scalability, and best practices—both front-end and back-end.
