Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
**Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both Carrier and Enterprise channels to achieve business goals, increase market share, and optimize revenue generation.
**Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the carrier and enterprise sectors, both in existing and untapped markets, driving growth across the country.
**Target Setting & Sales Forecasting: Set clear sales targets and forecasts for the team and ensure that all goals are met consistently. Monitor progress through regular performance reviews and adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Relationship Building & Partner Development:
**Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key carriers, enterprise customers, and distribution partners to drive sales and enhance business opportunities.
**Negotiations & Deal Management: Lead negotiations with telecom carriers and enterprise clients, securing favorable terms that benefit the business while maintaining strong partnerships.
**Identify New Partners: Identify and establish new distribution and partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
3. Sales Team Leadership & Development:
**Manage and Lead the Sales Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the country sales team to ensure they are aligned with the company’s goals. Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and mentoring the sales team to improve skills, performance, and productivity.
**Training & Development: Regularly assess team performance and conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market awareness.
**Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and addressing underperformance through coaching and support.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
**Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the carrier and enterprise sectors. Use this information to guide sales strategy and product positioning.
**Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, partner developments, market trends, and other key performance indicators. Recommend actions to improve sales and market share.
5. Customer Engagement & Retention:
**Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing enterprise customers to enhance loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
**Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met with tailored solutions that promote long-term success and business growth.
6. Budgeting & Financial Management:
**Sales Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources while meeting financial objectives.
**Cost Control: Monitor expenses related to sales operations and partner engagements to maintain profitability without compromising on service quality.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
**Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management within the electronics retail and distribution industry, with specific experience in managing Carrier and Enterprise accounts.
**Proven track record of successfully driving sales performance and achieving targets in a competitive environment.
**Extensive experience in building relationships with telecom carriers, enterprise clients, and distribution partners.
**Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
