As part of a larger GTM transformation effort, we're expanding and optimizing our Salesforce architecture to support growth across the customer lifecycle. We're seeking a Salesforce Developer (contract) to help us deliver scalable, integrated solutions that drive RevOps performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and develop in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Build Apex classes, Lightning components, flows, and triggers.
Integrate Salesforce with HubSpot, Webflow, NetSuite, and internal systems.
Support process automation and data optimization across the GTM funnel.
Ensure CRM data structure supports usability, reporting, and automation.
Follow best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with CRM workflows, lead lifecycle, and scalable data models.
Experience with tools like Gearset, Copado, or Git-based versioning.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev I/II, Admin, or Architect).
Experience in GTM or Revenue Operations teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
