Job Title: Product UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote (CET Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 4500 USD/month, depending on experience and benefits structure.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET), (flexible, with occasional early LATAM mornings)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a talented Product Designer with strong UI/UX skills and a sharp eye for modern design to help shape elegant, intuitive interfaces for AI-powered applications. You'll work closely with the product and engineering teams to design beautiful, functional products, both for client engagements and internal tools. As you grow with the company, you'll take on more ownership of design direction and help explore and prototype new ideas for emerging AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, user-friendly interfaces in Figma for web applications and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Build and maintain evolving design systems.
• Support both internal product development and external client design projects.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, prototypes, and product usage.
• Help conceptualize novel UI patterns for generative/LLM-based experiences.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI design for software platforms (B2B or B2C).
• Deep proficiency with Figma (must-have).
• Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience working independently in remote, agile environments.
• Comfortable managing end-to-end design work with autonomy.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing for AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity or interest in generative UI patterns
• Understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or productivity tools.
• Ability to build and manage comprehensive design systems.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion, and Slack.
• Desire to take on product and project ownership.
