In this high-impact role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital campaigns across social, search, influencer, SEO, and direct marketing. If you're passionate about driving digital transformation and leading a team of top-tier talent this one's for you.

What You'll Do:

Digital Strategy & Brand Innovation

  • Own the digital marketing roadmap across multiple channels from social to search, CRM to content.

  • Lead and inspire a talented team of Digital Analysts across Social, Influencer Marketing, SEO, and Direct Marketing.

  • Ensure all digital functions work seamlessly together to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

Social & Influencer Mastery

  • Set the vision and strategy for social media presence across platforms.

  • Oversee influencer partnerships selecting talent, managing relationships, and ensuring brand alignment.

  • Monitor engagement, performance metrics, and continuously evolve content strategy to stay ahead.

Search & SEO Leadership

  • Drive paid media strategy (Google Ads, Bing, Paid Social) with a focus on performance and ROI.

  • Lead technical and content SEO efforts boosting rankings, traffic, and conversions.

  • Promote a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.

Direct Marketing & CRM Strategy

  • Own email, SMS, and CRM campaigns from segmentation to execution.

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Continually optimize communications to drive engagement and conversion.

Team Development & Performance

  • Set KPIs and growth plans for each team member.

  • Mentor and develop your team, creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning.

  • Align team efforts with business goals to drive meaningful outcomes.

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

  • Be the go-to expert for digital marketing insights across the company and with clients.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with proven leadership experience.

  • A strong grasp of the full digital landscape: social media, SEO, SEM, influencer strategy, CRM, and analytics.
