JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior ERP Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

KB Signaling is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Solutions Architect to lead the technical scoping, development, and management of ERP solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that ERP capabilities are fully leveraged to support business goals, drive process improvements, and maintain governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy & Optimization

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for ERP optimization and automation.

·       Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the value and efficiency of ERP systems across the organization.

·       Aligning ERP capabilities with evolving business needs and industry best practices.

Governance & Compliance

·       Ensure compliance with ERP governance policies and internal controls.

·       Participate in ERP governance boards and decision-making forums.

·       Maintain documentation for ERP governance processes and standards.

Technical Requirements & Development

·       Scope technical requirements from business units and translate them into actionable development plans.

·       Build or manage the development of ERP solutions to meet business needs.

·       Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of ERP enhancements and new modules.

Automation & Integration

·       Partner with business units to identify and implement automation opportunities.

·       Design and oversee integrations between ERP and other enterprise systems.

·       Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of ERP solutions.

Key User Support & Escalation

·       Act as the primary escalation point for local key users and super users.

·       Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective ERP usage.

·       Coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve complex ERP issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of ERP modules.

·       Lead or support cross-functional projects involving ERP enhancements or new module implementations.

Continuous Improvement

·       Stay current with ERP innovations, updates, and industry trends.

·       Recommend and implement best practices for ERP usage and governance.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·       7+ years of experience in ERP systems, with a strong focus on technical development and architecture.

·       Proven experience in ERP governance, technical scoping, and business process improvement.

·       Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and automation technologies.

·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Desirable:

·       Experience with SAP ERP systems.

·       Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks.

·       Project management or change management experience
