About the Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our growing Customer Success team and lead the implementation of the Betterez platform across Mexico and LATAM. This is a remote role, but the successful candidate must be based in Mexico City, as some in-person meetings and travel with local clients will be expected.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful SaaS deployments—overseeing timelines, configuring the product, and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving real business problems.
You’ll guide customers through the full lifecycle—from kickoff and requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support—ensuring they get maximum value from the Betterez platform.
