Key Responsibilities:
•Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Conduct formal coaching sessions, write-ups, and regular one-on-ones to support staff development.
•Patient Support: Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient support and satisfaction, including effective complaint resolution to maintain high standards of care.
•Provider Support: Ensure providers have all necessary resources to deliver high-quality patient care, facilitating effective communication and resource management.
•Team Environment: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
•Education: Assist in the education and onboarding of new support staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.

•Preoperative/Postoperative Procedures: Proficient in preoperative and postoperative patient communication and documentation.
•Appointment Management: Proficient in scheduling and managing appointments effectively.
•Personality: Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and proactive, with a strong ability to engage with patients and staff.
