Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a certified leader (PMP, CISSP, or CISM) responsible for managing all contractor work, serving as the single point of contact for the customer, and ensuring availability during core business hours. The PM will lead organizational transformation, align strategic planning with Customer's goals, oversee day-to-day technical operations, manage budgets, and drive modernization of customer's IT infrastructure.  

This position requires strategic planning and execution skills to align IT initiatives with broader enterprise objectives, while actively managing projects from inception through completion. The PM will lead technical teams, oversee day-to-day project execution, and support ongoing modernization of IT infrastructure and processes. Strong budget management capabilities are essential, as the PM will be responsible for ensuring financial accountability and identifying risks with appropriate mitigation strategies. 

• Must have an active certification (PMP, CISSP, or CISM) 
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
• Must be willing and able to work remotely 
• Must be willing and able to undergo a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation
