Job Description
  • Provide administration support to the sales team as required.
  • Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicable.
  • Setting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system.
  • Preparing domestic and transactional quotations.
  • Administration support in preparing tenders/bids/presentations.
  • Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and service within client group.
  • Work in direct contact with Logistics/Customer Service/Accounts and a problem-solving mind to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Support field and office-based team as required.
  • Actively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through regular calls, emails and information.
  • Support the implementations of company computer systems.
  • Responsible for raising the company profile through the company website, trade shows, seminars, social media etc.

Qualifications
  • A qualification in Business / Marketing or Science or experience in Administration in a similar role. 
  • English language level – min. B2 as it’s a language of our company.
  • Experience in Administration & Customer Service.
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
  • Highly organized, accurate and strong documentation skills.
  • Passionate about administration, quality and customer service.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Packages.
  • Driving license, category B.
