Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Full-time salaried broker position with uncapped bonuses and multiple revenue streams

  • Hybrid working model (home and office-based)

  • Receive pre-qualified customer appointments—no cold leads

  • Use our cutting-edge platform to process loans up to 4x faster than the industry average

  • Focus on customer relationships while we handle loan processing, lender follow-ups, and admin

  • Offer clients additional services (buyer’s agents, conveyancing) to build long-term, valuable relationships

  • Be part of a high-performance team where top performers settle a deal a day

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience in over the phone sales, or mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch or phone-based)

  • A strong drive to build a thriving career in mortgage lending

  • A passion for helping Australians own property

  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology

  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain—we can help!)

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
