We’re looking for a mid-level to senior Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Paid Social to join our team and help scale our growth across key markets.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, Pinterest, Tiktok) with full ownership over strategy, execution, and performance
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content through detailed and structured creative briefings. You'll also support the creative team by occasionally producing your own static ads using Canva, especially for quick tests and variations (no graphic knowledge needed).
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage direct response social ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok in multiple markets, driving business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and evaluate shop and ad account performance, focusing on key KPIs (Spend, Net Revenue, MER, CAC...). Prepare detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights to guide budget allocation and strategy refinements.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform campaign strategies and test new angles and opportunities.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy and scripts for ads that capture attention and drive action.
- International Expansion: Lead the internationalization of campaigns, adapting strategies to new markets and driving growth.
- Innovation: Identify and test new channels, as well as innovative marketing opportunities based on commercial KPIs and customer insights.
