Are you passionate about leveraging data to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and improve patient experiences? Join our Data Analytics Team as a Senior Decision Scientist and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop & Implement Advanced Analytics

  • Build and deploy data products and applications using SQL and Python to enhance decision-making, automation, and optimisation.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover opportunities for business process automation and optimisation.

End-to-End Solution Development

  • Design and implement scalable analytic solutions while adhering to team standards and frameworks.
  • Work closely with Data Platform Engineers & Machine Learning Developers to productionise models and build user-friendly applications.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in our analytics capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Impact

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in delivering against business OKRs and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a data science, analytics, or decision science role.
  • Advanced SQL & Python skills for data analysis.
  • Strong grasp of statistical methods and their business applications.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with data apps & automation tools (Streamlit, Google App Script, etc.).
  • Excellent problem solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
