The Dermatology Devices Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving sales and revenue targets by promoting and selling dermatology-related products and solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, delivering technical support, and ensuring a seamless sales cycle from product promotion to after-sales service and collection.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate sales opportunities within the assigned territory to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, surgeons, and clinical staff.
Develop and implement strategic sales action plans aligned with company goals and submit them for management approval.
Promote and sell dermatology medical devices to targeted customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Provide in-service support, technical demonstrations, and hands-on training to clients on the use and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure customer satisfaction during and after equipment installation, start-up, and operation.
Participate in relevant medical conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and report regularly to the sales supervisor.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, installation, and payment collection.
Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a medical device sales or similar healthcare sales role, preferably within the dermatology sector.
Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
