Deine Aufgaben:

Operative Betreuung der Anwendungslandschaft und Bewertung von Metriken und Alarmen
IT 3rd Level Support, Koordination von Anfragen aus dem 1st und 2nd Level Support in der IT hin zu Engineering und Partnern
Analyse von Protokolldaten
Auswertung relationaler Daten

Qualifikationen

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-, Medien) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung.

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse / -abfrage in relationalen Datenbanken mittels SQL
Umgang mit Logfileanalyse z.B. in AWS Cloudwatch auch mittels AWS CLI werden Dich eng begleiten
Selbstständige, strukturierte, kommunikative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Interesse und Spaß an der Börse
Methodische Erfahrung in agilen Prozessen wie SCRUM / Kanban, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie JIRA und Confluence
Analytisches Denkvermögen, sowie strategisches und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Eigeninitiative, Kommunikations-, und Kritikfähigkeit ist selbstverständlich für Dich: Als Teamplayer ist Dir der konstruktive Austausch sehr wichtig, um gemeinsam gesteckte Ziele fristgerecht zu erreichen
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1)
