Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, implement, and maintain quality plans according to client requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with development, technical, and production departments of vendors to maintain product quality and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding workflow, progress, and achieved targets.
  • Collaborate with global operations and quality teams to enhance processes.
  • Assist technicians in checking patterns, specifications, and construction.
  • Conduct pre-production meetings with Suppliers / Factories.
  • Oversee size set sample approval and supervise sample evaluations, ensuring measurements, workmanship, and fittings meet standards.
  • Identify and resolve potential quality issues proactively.
  • Collect relevant production data and generate reports for internal and external communication.
  • Assume responsibility for all aspects of quality and product assembly in the factory.
  • Lead project teams, develop and deliver necessary training, and monitor their performance.
  • Manage and supervise initial, inline, pre-final, and final quality inspections.
  • Ensure timely updates of all necessary technical documentation and reference samples.
  • Ultimately ensure the quality of final products meets established standards.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production management and technical auditing.
  • Strong understanding of production status, quality inspections, and reporting.
  • Technical knowledge of development, sampling, and bulk production processes.
  • Experience in training and team leadership, with decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with logistics, specifically shipment scheduling.

Your Mindset, Experience, and Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills related to quality issues and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in garment measurements and quality control/assurance practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with solid computer skills (MS Office).
  • Proficient in English with effective communication skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large US retailers.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the textile industry.
  • Proven management experience leading a team of over 20 employees.
  • Educational background in textiles or a related field.
