Multiple Jobs Openings:

1. Electrical Engg. (0425EEG) [B.E./B.Tech. (Mech.) with 6 to 15 years]

Candidate should have experience in Revamp/ Brownfield projects in industries like refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals, and oil & Gas sectors.

Key responsibilities include

1. Good understanding of P&ID
2. Strong knowledge of piping materials, components & fabrication methods. Able to prepare MR/ TBE.
3. Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API, ASME/ ASTM and IS)
4. Proficiency in piping design software (SP3D /PDMS/Ceaser-II). Active participation in 3D model review etc.
5. Review of Layout, isometric drawing, Nozzle orientation, piping load data, MTO
6. Pipe thickness calculation, support design as per B31.3
7. Estimating pre-bid piping quantity
8. Field verification for tie-in points & existing supports
9. Support the execution team during the erection

2.Rotating Equipment & Packages Engg. (0425REPE) [B.E./B.Tech. (Mech.) with 8 to 15 years]

Candidate should have experience in Rotary & Packages Engineering for revamp brownfield projects in industries like Refineries, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, & Oil & Gas.

1. Conversant with FEED, Proposal and Detail Engineering of Rotary equipment (viz: Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Steam and Gas Turbines) and Packages for Chemical, Petrochemical and Refinery plants.
2. Selection, Review of Rotating machinery in accordance to leading international, national codes and Standards such as API, ASME, ISO, ANSI and other Codes related to various rotating equipment and packages.
3. This role requires strong technical skills, collaboration, and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.

3.Static Equipment Engg. (0425SED) [B.E./B.Tech. / M.Tech. (Mech.) with 8 to 15 years’ experience ]

The candidate should have experience in Static Equipment Design for revamp brownfield projects in Refineries, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Oil & Gas.

The role/competency includes:

1. Experience in detail design calculations, Drawing Review, Preparation of MDS, MRs, TBE, Vendor, Document Review, for Code Stamp Equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Columns & Tanks.
2. Thorough understanding of Codes and Standards such as ASME Sec. VIII, Div.1/Div.2, TEMA, EJMA, IBR along with other international Codes.
3. Expertise in usage of Design Software like PVElite, Compress, NozzlePro. Exposure to FEA and Analysis Software viz. ANSYS, CAESAR-II, STAADPRO will be added advantage.
4. Supporting for site queries.

4.Estimation Engg. (0425EEG) [B.E./B.Tech. (Mech./Prod./Fab.) with 4 to 10 years]

1. Carry out Cost Estimation activities for Turnaround, LSTK/ EPC projects in the field of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizers, etc.
2. Work experience in Green or Brown Field Projects involving Multi-Disciplinary Components (Mechanical, Civil, Structure, Piping, Static, Rotary, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.).
3. Responsible for compiling techno commercial proposal, preparing the complete tender estimate after analysing and consideration all cost components including relevant contingencies based on risk factors.
4. Expertise in MS office.

5.Marketing (0425MKT)[B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) with 4 to 9 years]

1. Market research and intelligence  (Information on new trend in industry prospective projects, information, about competitors, qualification etc.)
2. Hands-on experience in pre and post order activities related to Oil & Gas, Fertilizer LSTK / EPC projects (experience in brownfield LSTK projects is preferable)
3. Enquiry management, Invoicing collections, change orders management and customer feedback.
