Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Engineer (Manual) to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

  • You will perform manual testing of ERP system;
  • You will be creating and updating scenarios and test cases based on analytical documentation and business requirements;
  • You will report and document bugs and risks in the defect management system (e.g. AzureDevOps)
  • You will define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints;  
  • You will monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum integration and user stories coverage; 
  • You will measure the effectiveness of testing and design, using customer satisfaction data and you report any issues you come across;  
  • You will review user stories and proposed designs with testability in mind and drive testability improvements in every solution; 
  • You will deliver detailed and prioritized test plans which meet the Testing Strategy and Product vision

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software testing and development;  
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate and prioritize test cases and an understanding of complex systems;  
  • A keen eye for detail and analysis, and you always keep the users´ needs and wants in mind;  
  • Not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them;  
  • Fluent in the English language;  
  • Agile/lean work experience is preferred
  • Experience in API and UI testing is a plus
  • Experience with AzureDevOps, PlayWright, Confluence, SpecFlow is a plus
  • Knowledge Gherkin is a plus
  • ISTQB Certification is a plus
