Role Name: Cold Calling Specialist

Schedule:

  • 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Description

As a Cold Calling Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of business development for this respected consulting firm, connecting with property managers and building owners across the United States. Responsibilities

  • Track and document lead responses and schedule follow-up activities
  • Create and update prospect profiles with relevant information
  • Generate quality leads for the sales team
  • Provide regular reporting on calling activities and results
  • Collaborate with the team to refine calling strategies and approaches


Requirements
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Hubspot
  • Professional phone manner and ability to engage with business executives
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

  • Available to work during EST (Eastern Standard Time) business hours
