This is a remote position.

Role Name: Business Development representative - Events & Exhibitions Focus

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday - 09am -6pm with 1 hour unpaid break

Client Time zone: Singapore Time (SGT)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential B2B prospects across international markets
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect databases using advanced research techniques and professional platforms
  • Execute strategic lead generation campaigns to create qualified prospect pipelines
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers at various organizational levels within target companies
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to research prospects and establish initial connections
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients effectively
  • Conduct initial outreach calls to international prospects to qualify interest and fit
  • Facilitate seamless introductions between qualified prospects and senior leadership team
  • Maintain detailed prospect records and interaction history using Google Sheets and Excel
  • Systematically progress through prospect lists, moving to new opportunities after successful connections


Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing to corporate clients with demonstrated success
  • Strong background in lead generation, prospect research, and pipeline development
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn for professional prospecting and relationship building
  • Experience conducting sales outreach to international markets, particularly the US, Germany, and Netherlands
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective international business communication
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, follow-up sequences, and nurture strategies
  • Self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage independent prospect pipelines
  • Adaptability to work with international time zones and cultural considerations
