Job Description

As the Social Media Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping scale the business through consistent, engaging social media management while providing essential administrative support across multiple business operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute consistent social media posting strategies across multiple platforms to drive customer engagement and business visibility
  • Create compelling visual content and graphics that showcase the business’s diverse offerings across their bar, restaurant, food truck, and catering services
  • Manage and update dynamic calendars showing food truck and food trailer locations and schedules to keep customers informed of mobile service availability
  • Process daily operational reports from staff and convert them into actionable business communications, such as transforming inventory shortage reports into supplier orders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics to support business operations and expansion activities
  • Handle data entry tasks that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain professional communication with vendors, suppliers, and business partners through email correspondence
  • Support the overall administrative needs of a multi-faceted hospitality operation


Requirements

  • Experience managing social media across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in audience engagement
  • Solid administrative background including data entry, calendar management, and vendor communication
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence and customer-facing content
  • Familiarity with hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry operations is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Comfortable with video conference communication for regular check-ins and project coordination
