This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 9am-5pm Quebec, CA time,  Monday-Friday

  • 40 hours a week

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally in both French and English
  • Conduct outbound calls to coordinate delivery scheduling

  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers
  • Update customer information in company systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize delivery scheduling
  • Maintain high service standards during peak seasons
  • Process customer requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy
