Role Name: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • 20-hours/week
  • Core hours 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description

Take ownership of essential administrative operations in this dynamic role supporting multiple aspects of a growing real estate and land development business. You’ll be instrumental in managing transaction coordination, listing administration, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. This position offers unique exposure to both traditional real estate operations and large-scale land development projects. Starting as a part-time role with structured hours, this position provides clear potential for growth into a full-time position as systems and processes are established.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from initiation to completion
  • Process and maintain accurate listing documentation and updates
  • Organize and schedule property showings for the real estate team
  • Manage document flow and ensure proper filing of all transaction paperwork
  • Create and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures
  • Support multiple team members with various administrative needs
  • Handle time-sensitive documentation and maintain deadline tracking
  • Ensure compliance with real estate documentation requirements
  • Process evening paperwork and prepare next-day materials
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate administrative support or transaction coordination
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience with real estate transaction management systems
  • Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in standard office software and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and proper home office setup for remote work
  • Ability to work specified hours in Mountain Standard Time zone
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Experience supporting multiple team members simultaneously
