Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Sales & Recruitment Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time (25 hours per week), Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm

Client Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls using provided call lists and templates

  • Execute recruitment calling campaigns

  • Follow established templates and scripts for communication

  • Manage communication with prospects and candidates

  • Support administrative operations related to sales and recruitment

  • Work collaboratively with the internal team

  • Track and document call outcomes


Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills 

  • Previous experience in phone-based customer service or sales preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates/scripts

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Ability to work independently while following established processes

  • Professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills

  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems


Scope:

  • Remote work with EST time zone alignment

  • Direct reporting to company management
