Role Name: Sales & Recruitment Assistant

Part-time (25 hours per week), Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls using provided call lists and templates
Execute recruitment calling campaigns
Follow established templates and scripts for communication
Manage communication with prospects and candidates
Support administrative operations related to sales and recruitment
Work collaboratively with the internal team
Track and document call outcomes
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Previous experience in phone-based customer service or sales preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates/scripts
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently while following established processes
Professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
Scope:
Remote work with EST time zone alignment
Direct reporting to company management
Utilization of company-provided CRM and communication tools
Training will be provided for role-specific responsibilities
