Role Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin – Compensation and Benefits to support the Human Resources department in administering and managing employee compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures the smooth operation of payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies. 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Administer and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits (e.g., Payroll account, government loans, HMO etc.)
  • Facilitate employee payroll by checking the timesheets, attendance and leave applications for accurate payroll processing. 
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll by coordinating with the payroll provider and relevant departments. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions. 
  • Track leave balances, usage, and ensure timely updates in the HRIS. 
  • Ensure that pre-employment requirements are collected and completed in a timely manner 
  • Facilitate clearance including checking of accountabilities and preparation of final pays. 
  • Manage the enrolment, renewal, and administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, life insurance, leave entitlements, government-mandated benefits). 
  • Liaise with external benefits providers to address employee inquiries, claims, and escalations. 
  • Provide support to employees in various compensation and benefits queries and resolve any issues that may arise.  
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee benefit programs including policies and procedures with HR Manager and third-party providers. 
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are up to date in relation to laws and regulations. 
  • Prepare, manage, and update systems, trackers, reports, and other HR documents and files. 

Role Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on compensation and benefits. 
  • Experience managing government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.). 
  • Experience working with payroll systems (Sprout) 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS platforms. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

Salary:

PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000
