Job description

• Accurately reconcile accounts payable and receivable in Xero
• Cross-check statements and invoices to prevent overpayments
• Monitor and flag outstanding invoices to avoid disruptions with key suppliers
• Collaborate with the EA to ensure timely entry of all financial data
• Process payroll and ensure the accuracy of wages and entitlements
• Review daily POS reports from Square to estimate and track GST allocations
