Qualifications

What We’re Looking For Person with:

Language Skills: Fluency in German (B2 or higher) is required; English (B2 or higher) proficiency is essential.
Eligibility to Work in Bulgaria: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country.
Experience: Prior experience in outsourcing support is a plus, but not mandatory—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
