We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for an eCommerce Success Partner.
As our eCommerce Success Partner, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and revenue growth initiatives within the eCommerce segment. You’ll act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and product teams — driving customer-centric strategies, crafting tailored value propositions, and enabling full-cycle engagement with eCommerce prospects and clients.
This role is ideal for a former tech or SaaS founder or operator who thrives at the intersection of growth, customer empathy, and strategic execution.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Segment Strategy & Insights

  • Conduct deep research into the eCommerce market: trends, competitors, customer challenges, and buying behaviour.
  • Define buyer personas and use them to shape campaign and content strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and collaborate on bundled or tailored solutions for the segment.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with eCommerce stakeholders.
  • Create or co-create marketing assets — from landing pages and blog content to case studies and social campaigns — that speak to real customer pain points.

Campaign & Outreach Execution

  • Plan and execute targeted outbound and digital campaigns for eCommerce personas.
  • Leverage hands-on cold outreach strategies to generate engagement and pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Provide the sales team with messaging guides, objection handling scripts, playbooks, and battle cards tailored to eCommerce conversations.
  • Join sales calls when needed to support narrative framing, discovery, or objection handling.
  • Gather feedback from the field to continuously refine tactics and positioning.

Product & Customer Feedback Loop

  • Act as the voice of the eCommerce customer internally.
  • Capture insights from the market and feed them into product roadmap discussions.
  • Partner with product managers to prioritize enhancements and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

We Expect You to Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a founder or operator in a tech or SaaS startup, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or B2B software markets.
  • Proven ability to develop segment-focused GTM strategies and execute them end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., email, paid ads, SEO, social media).
  • Hands-on cold outreach experience (e.g., email, LinkedIn, calling, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to work with metrics, assess pipeline performance, and drive insight-led decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with different stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Customer-obsessed, with empathy for pain points and a passion for solving real-world problems.
  • Highly collaborative, with a track record of working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, and product teams.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a “get-it-done” approach to ownership.
