We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Travel coordinator (1 year fixed-term contract) to manage our global travel operations and support our employees’ mobility needs.

Job Description

The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of corporate travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling last-minute requests and maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book international travel for employees across multiple departments and locations.
  • Handle all aspects of travel including flights, rail, accommodation, ground transport, and visa documentation.
  • Manage and track travel-related invoices, ensuring timely receipt and reconciliation with company finance systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for urgent travel changes or disruptions, including outside standard business hours (evenings or weekends as needed).
  • Proactively identify and communicate travel conflicts, risks, or inefficiencies.
  • Maintain comprehensive travel logs and ensure alignment with company policies and preferred vendors.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel providers and agencies to negotiate optimal service levels and rates.

Qualifications

 Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in corporate travel coordination or a similar operations support role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms, global travel logistics, and invoicing processes.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Calm under pressure, especially when managing last-minute changes or high-stakes itineraries.
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions without constant supervision.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in travel booking tools.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate evening/weekend emergencies in European time zones.
