Audit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates.
Ensure all pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained.
Review and verify lock requests received by the lock desk.
Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc.
Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input.
Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches.
Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes.
The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

EST Candidates Preferred.
A minimum of 2+ years of mortgage pricing/registration experience.
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and often stressful environment.
Must accept coaching and constructive criticism regarding best practices and designated organizational scripts.
Must have excellent organization, computer, and verbal and written communication skills.
Must have analytical thinking ability, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Work well with other team members and leaders, including colleagues, correspondent counterparties, vendors, and leadership team members.
Must possess proficient computer skills in applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, and LOS systems.
